This is a friendly reminder that your annual HOA dues should be paid by January 31st. Payments received after this date will incur a $25 late fee. For assistance or payment arrangments, please contact us as soon as possible.

For your convenience, you may submit your payment online through the Homeowner Portal or mail a check or money order.

Spring Lake HOA is going digital! We’re excited to introduce EasyHOA, a new online portal and website for owners. The portal will officially launch in November 2025.

What is EasyHOA?

EasyHOA is a secure, user-friendly system that helps homeowners and the association stay connected. You’ll have convenient access to important information and tools from your phone, tablet, or computer.

• Instantly access HOA documents
• Easily contact the HOA
• View invoices and pay dues online
• Access the iOS and Android app
• Receive community updates and reminders
• Submit and track requests
• View and resolve violations
• Help the HOA reduce shipping, printing, and supply costs

How to Sign Up

To register, send us an email with the following information:

• Your name
• Property address
• Preferred email address
• Preferred phone number

Once we receive your information, we’ll send you an invitation in November to create your EasyHOA account.
